Latino Express was born from a shared dream. Luisa and Rixio, two entrepreneurs who: in the middle of life's storms, hardships and challenges: decided not to give up.
Where many saw obstacles, they saw a chance to start over: with faith in God, hard work, perseverance and a desire to serve Tampa's Latino community.
